www.thestamfordian.co.uk is a website about Stamford and Rutland and the surrounding area. This is an independent and free website that intends to be an open portal to its visitors.

The structure of the website

The website is designed to provide what most visitors seek: documents and records, information about the current Stamford area events, initiatives and community activities.

The website has four main sections:

* The Main Menu Area: This section offers up-to-date information about Stamford and the surrounding area.
* Lifestyle: This section contains all information material and other publications issued by the website visitors and editors.
* Member-Operated: This section contains all the ads of Stamford community and website members and offers a blog section where the members can post their articles and blogs.
* The user Menu area: This section is only visible when you are logged in as a member of the website. It contains the member's details and a link to submit an article ( according to membership level) or a webslink.
